Progress and Resources: How well has the team already advanced and how will it continue to advance the business idea with the resources they already have or can acquire?
- For example: Time, money, equipment, partners
Innovativeness, Competitive Advantage, and Its Development: Does the business idea have novelty or innovation that enables a competitive advantage in the target market? Does the team have the capability to maintain this competitive advantage?
Preconditions for Profitable Business: Is it possible to implement the business idea profitably, and is there sufficient demand?
Connection to the Region: What benefits would the realization of the business idea bring to the region?
- For example: Jobs, services, visibility, tax revenues, culture, research and development activities
